QESH Quality (ATEX) Environment Safety Health Manager This role is a ‘hands on’ position with whole business department interaction. There is a requirement to hold great strengths in multi-tasking and being able to pull projects and audit structures together, majority of the time without Director guidance. The role comes with administration support but requires your full involvement for the support to be productive. Job requirements for the position• Experience preferable in ATEX Manufacturing but not essential.• Quality / Environmental / Health & Safety Management experience meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 80079:34 ATEX Manufacturing, ISO 14001 Environment Management Systems and ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management Systems.• Be proficient in conducting internal audits within the business and external audits with/on suppliers• Carrying out internal and external audits for business activities both in Quality, Environment and Health and Safety. There will be a requirement to travel to around the UK carrying out audits on our Field Service teams predominantly from and H&S perspective.• You will be the businesses point of contact for all external audits to do with ISO 9001, 80079, 14001, 45001 and you will be the businesses representative when the external auditors come to the business for surveillance audits and or recertification audits• Experience in chairing BMS meetings• Have experience in supporting new product / equipment be delivered timely and audited into the BMS• Hold excellent inter-department communication skills and be able to think as far out of the box as possible• Have experience in Non-conformance and the full and correct control of them• MUST be able to converse with all levels within the business• You must be able to balance listening and when taking control is required• Must be fully engaged in implementing change and allow employees to feel heard, included and valued General requirements:-• You must have knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel and be extremely confident in the use of them.• You must be highly organised and willing to introduce new ideas to the business, helping the position and the business flourish.• You will be expected to carry out tasks without much guidance once trained• Have an awareness that time must be spent within each department of the business to gain greater department process awareness, as you will be required to work on your own initiative.• Must have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills• You must be well presented as you may be expected to greet, on occasion, customers to the business• You must hold a driving licence, a clean driving licence would be advantageous, but not a necessity. Training:-• Full training of the business background and our products and services will be given, enabling the day-to-day tasks of the job to be more clearly understood.• External training will be provided if needed for ATEX Manufacturing Benefits:-• Hours 9am to 5pm, 5 days over Monday to Friday, due to the nature of the role hybrid working isn’t an option• Holidays will be 28 days per annum including bank holidays and run from January to December.• An extra days holiday will be received for every full year of service worked.
