After months of hard work, we’re delighted to announce that we have attained ISO 45001, the International Standard for Occupational Health & Safety Management (OH&SM).

Designed to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases, the ISO 45001 certification was specifically developed to mitigate any factors that might cause employees and businesses any irreparable harm.

“Enabling us to provide an even safer and healthier workplace by preventing work-related injury and ill health, achieving ISO 45001also ensures we can proactively improve our OH&SM performance,” comments our managing director, Neil Butler.

Continues Neil: “As one might imagine, because of the nature of the work we do here at Detectronic it is critical that we demonstrate to current and future customers that we take OH&SM seriously and by attaining this certification it fully demonstrates our commitment to this.

“I’d like to thank all of my colleagues for their continued dedication and hard work in this particular area of our business and congratulate everyone on this achievement – well done!”

Detectronic is committed to achieving the highest standards for quality, environmental and health and safety. This latest accreditation sits alongside our other certifications for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
