Partnership to create new flow monitors

We have an exciting new flow measurement system due for launch shortly which is the result of a joint development project, integrating the very best elements of a water quality monitoring system with Detectronic’s unrivalled experience of ultrasonic flow measurement and GSM communications.

Commenting on this latest development, Managing Director, Steve Woods, said: “Utilising the versatility of the existing display and new control systems will enable us to get these new flow measurement products to market more quickly. Thanks to this new partnership we can more quickly and cost-effectively add value to our new flow sensors for the ultimate benefit of our customers in the UK and Germany”.

Adds Steve: “The development includes the design and engineering of a new specialist input card to allow us to connect our ultrasonic sensors to our new Orakel System controllers.

This comes as the first in a number of bespoke projects currently in development that will potentially include firmware, software and bespoke engineered solutions for the water industry.
