We have Field Service Teams covering the whole of the UK, working in teams of two. The team is directly supported and managed by the Field Service Delivery Manager. The team is responsible for carrying-out installation, calibration and maintenance of Detectronic’s Multi-Sensor Wastewater Flow and Level monitors throughout the United Kingdom.

Our Field Service Technicians

Our technicians are multi-skilled, not only technically highly competent, but also possessing excellent customer service skills, IT literate with the ability to manage own spares stock and safety checks. One of the great appeals of working at Detectronic is working with top quality flow and level monitoring equipment, job security and being part of a valued team.

We have technicians with a wide variety of backgrounds. New technicians receive extensive training and if not already obtained, will receive the following training before going to sites:
• Confined Space – Medium risk
• NRSWA – Unit 2 signing, lighting and guarding preferable to supervisor level
• CSCS with IOSH Working Safely Certificate
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness

We currently have an opportunity available to join our South West team based in Exeter. We have two positions:
Team leader/Technician
Assistant Technician
